Production& Supply Chain
Core manufacturing, qualified production partners and one accountable program-management team.
ROOTSMEN controls specifications, sampling, production follow-up, quality requirements, consolidation and delivery across the program.
Who We Are
Three capabilities. Two of them we build; the third we manage.

Core Manufacturing
Sampling and core bags and soft-goods production in our own Guangdong factory.
Cutting, sewing, assembly, in-line checks, final inspection and packing stay connected to the signed specification.

Partner Production Network
Materials, components, packaging and specialist merchandise through qualified production partners.
The network extends what we can deliver without blurring what is made through our core resources.

Production & Program Management
One ROOTSMEN contact coordinates specifications, approvals, suppliers, costs and launch timing.
Whether production is core or partner-led, ROOTSMEN remains responsible for follow-up, QC and delivery coordination.
Our Factory and Partner Network
What is made in our own factory, and what comes through a supplier network we qualify — kept separate, because they carry different guarantees.

Sewing & Assembly
Bags, pouches, cosmetic bags, toiletry kits, travel organizers and promotional soft goods.

Sampling & Development
Pattern development, materials, colour matching, trims, logo applications, development samples and Pre-Production Samples.

Inspection & Packaging
Finished-product inspection, packing verification and shipment preparation.

Material & Component Network
Fabrics, zippers, hardware, printing, embroidery and supporting components.
Quality & Production Control
Control is a sequence of checkpoints with a decision at each one, not a promise. These are the points where a program can be stopped and corrected before the cost of correcting it multiplies.
- 01
Development sample review
The first physical read on construction, proportion and material behaviour. Changes are cheapest here.
- 02
Material & colour confirmation
Fabric, trims and colour standards are fixed and signed off, so bulk is matched against an agreed reference rather than a memory of one.
- 03
Pre-Production Sample (PPS) approval
The sample made the way bulk will be made. Approving it is what converts a design into a production standard.
- 04
Bulk production
Run against the signed PPS as the reference, not against the original development sample.
- 05
In-line QC
Checks at cutting, assembly and finishing, while a fault still affects part of the run instead of all of it.
- 06
Final inspection
Finished goods checked against the approved PPS for measurement, stitch, hardware and logo application.
- 07
AQL inspection where required
Sampling plan and accept/reject levels agreed with the brand before the run, not decided afterwards.

Certification evidence, kept in one place.
Factory and management certificates are presented on About. Material and product compliance is confirmed per programme and specification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers before you send a brief.
Can ROOTSMEN coordinate products outside its core manufacturing categories?+
Yes. Core bags and soft goods can be combined with selected headwear, accessories, packaging and specialist merchandise through qualified production partners, with ROOTSMEN coordinating specification, sampling, quality requirements and consolidation.
Which products are made in ROOTSMEN's own factory?+
Sampling and production for core bags, pouches, travel organizers and related soft goods run in our own factory in Guangdong. Products outside that scope are identified as partner-produced rather than presented as in-house manufacturing.
How is quality controlled during production?+
Quality is managed through sample review, material and colour confirmation, PPS approval, in-line checks, final inspection and packaging verification. AQL inspection can be arranged where the programme requires it.
Does using RPET mean the finished product is GRS certified?+
No. RPET is a material. Certification scope belongs to the certified organization, process or material lot and must be verified against the exact programme before a claim is made.
What is the difference between core manufacturing and partner production?+
Core manufacturing refers to the bags and related soft goods produced in ROOTSMEN's own factory. Partner production extends the range through qualified specialists and is identified separately.
