Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style and colorway. A run can be split across sizes or colors, but each variant is cut and set up separately, so splitting changes the per-unit cost rather than the total. If your program sits below 500, say so in your brief — some constructions absorb a shorter run better than others, and we would rather tell you which ones early.

Plan on around 40 days from confirmed brief to pre-production sample in hand. That covers material sourcing, the first prototype, one revision round and the PPS itself. A second revision round, or a material that has to be specially sourced or dyed, extends it — we flag that at the point it happens, not after.

Yes, and it is the fastest way to start. Send the physical sample if you have one; if you don't, clear photographs of the exterior, interior, base and hardware will do. We work backwards from it — identify the construction, propose the closest route we can actually run, and flag anything in the reference that would have to change to be manufacturable at your quantity.

We confirm this per program rather than claim it up front. What your market requires differs — beauty retail in the EU is not the same as a corporate gift program — so tell us the requirement in your brief and we will confirm what can be documented for the specific build before you commit to it.
