Promotional & GWP covers everything ROOTSMEN develops for gift-with-purchase, retail promotion and event marketing — drawstring pouches, zip pouches, canvas totes and nonwoven bags. Every style can be customized on construction, material, print method and branding, and is developed the same way: brief, material selection, sampling, pre-production sample, then production.

Questions buyers ask before sending a brief.
Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style and colorway. GWP programs usually run well above that, and the per-unit economics improve as the run grows — if you are scoping a campaign, give us the expected volume band rather than a single number and we can tell you where the meaningful breakpoints sit.
Around 40 days from confirmed brief to pre-production sample. For GWP the schedule usually has to be planned backwards from a fixed launch or event date, so send us that date with the brief — it determines how much revision room actually exists, and it is better to know that at the start.
It depends on artwork and quantity more than on preference. Fine detail and gradients favour digital printing; flat solid marks at volume are usually cheaper and more consistent screen printed; a mark that needs to read as premium in hand often works better debossed or as a woven label. Send the artwork with the brief and we will tell you which route it suits.
Confirmed per program. Promotional programs frequently carry a sustainability claim, and a claim is only worth making if it can be documented — so tell us what you need to be able to state publicly, and we will confirm what can actually be evidenced for your build before it goes anywhere near copy.
